    Amazon (AMZN) is under increasing scrutiny in Germany over its treatment of temporary workers. Politicians have latched onto the issue and it could be part of the debate in national elections scheduled for later in the year. The end game: Issues over relations with labor unions eventually prompted Wal-Mart to exit the nation in 2006.

    The press and the analysts are very busy trashing Apple, letting Amazon problems untouched. Today also in Germany the Tolino (not Android but eInk) a new product was announced that will compete with Kindle. Amazon made a mistake entering the tablet market with the Fire.
