    Corvex and Related Co. sue Commonwealth REIT (CWH) seeking a temporary restraining offer to prevent the closing of Commonwealth's secondary offering launched late last week. The two - owner's of 9.8% of the stock and tendering for the whole company - previously sued to prevent the offering in the first place. Shares -3% premarket.
