    Westport Innovations (WPRT) +5.1% premarket as Jefferies believes recent media articles, such as the WSJ report indicating BNSF Railway will test natural gas to power its locomotives, indicating an acceleration of natural gas vehicle activity in the U.S. and China could attract investors' attention in 2014-15, benefiting WPRT shares. The firm reiterates a Buy rating.

    If I'm not mistaken, Mr. Obama needs to sign the Natural Gas Act, something he has ignored only to stress the importance of green energy as the solution to our energy concerns, in order to designate natural gas as a legitimate transportation fuel alternative. The natgas fueling highway is being built as we speak and should become the saving grace that avoids a transfer of $50 billion per month to the middle east, a part of the world that despises the US even though we support their existence. Correct me if I a wrong.
