    Rosneft (RNFTF.PK) subsidiary Neftegaz acquires a 30% interest in 20 deepwater exploration blocks in the Gulf of Mexico held by ExxonMobil (XOM). XOM retains 70% interest and remains operator; analysis of seismic data is under way, and there is not yet any production on the blocks. Financial terms are not disclosed. (PR)
