    Mylan (MYL -1.4%) says its being sued by Endo Pharmaceuticals (ENDP -1.59%) over its application for approval of frovatriptan succinate EQ, a generic version of Endo's Frova. Both drugs are used to treat acute migraine headaches in adults.

    Am I the only one waiting for this generic? I am grateful to Endo for providing me Frova through Patient Assist the last couple years.. but come on, free the generic! At 40 bucks a pill, it's giving me a migraine and it's why I can't afford health insurance:(
