    Starbucks (SBUX), Time Warner (TWX) and LabCorp (LH) are among dozens of companies attempting to block decisions by the National Labor Relations Board following a court ruling in January that found President Barack Obama's board appointments to be unconstitutional. The companies, as well as some unions, have argued that the NLRB doesn't have the authority to make the decisions because of the ruling.

  • Argued? The court said the appointments were unconstitutional so any rulings are unconstitutional. Bottom-line is Obama is an imperial president which means he doesn't care what the law or the courts say. He will continue to play catch me if you can.
