    "The euro is breaking down," says Alan Greenspan, who blames the sluggish U.S. economy on the uncertainty in Europe. Breaking down? If that describes the euro, than what phrase would The Maestro use regarding the dollar, which is off 13.7% Y/Y vs. the common currency.

  • Greenspan needs to acquire some dignity, show some respect for his former position, and shut the F#$K up. When he was Fed chairman he was never very clear about anything, now he suddenly has these concrete conclusions he must share with us? Give us a break and go away...

  • Did he ever apologize for the Fed's total failure to supervise lending? Or for keeping rates too low, too long? Greenspan was a political hack whose only job was to keep the Bush party going as long as possible.
