That translates into a valuation range of $334M-$395M for the provider of online ad campaign management software. Marin, which competes with Adobe (Efficient Frontier) and Google (DoubleClick), posted 2012 revenue of $59.6M (+65% Y/Y) and a net loss of $26.5M. Sales/marketing expenses amounted to 55% of revenue.
