Amazon Web Services, that is: Hunt declares AWS, which continues to underpin Netflix's streaming services even as Amazon Prime becomes a serious rival, "a very meaningful step ahead "of alternatives from Google and Microsoft "in terms of having a complete solution of low-level components that can be assembled into a package that works." AWS has been adding new services left and right as it tries to both grow its enterprise customer base and win more business from mainstay Internet clients. (previous)
