HTC has filed yet another infringement suit against Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), to counter Apple's own claims against it. But there's a twist this time: HTC (OTC:HTCCF) is using nine patents it acquired from Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) to press its claims.
