Monday, September 12, 2011, 10:39 AM ETDolby (DLB) announces it's reached a licensing deal with Research In Motion (RIMM) regarding RIM's use of Dolby's HE AAC audio compression technology in its smartphones and tablets. In tandem with the agreement, Dolby has withdrawn infringement lawsuits it filed against RIM in June.
