While revenue of $128.4M (down $0.4M Y/Y) and EPS of $0.31 beat consensus by $0.3M and $0.02, the company is guiding for FQ4 revenue of $130M-$134M and EPS of $0.30-$0.33, well below a consensus of $145.4M and $0.42. Progress had already warned earlier this month.
