Enterprise Products Partners (EPD -0.2%) and Enbridge (ENB -0.8%) are planning to build what could be the largest pipeline connecting the oil-storage hub of Cushing, Oklahoma to refiners on the Gulf Coast. The newly proposed Wrangler pipeline will have an initial capacity of up to 800K bpd, and competes with the 500K bpd pipeline already being planned by TransCanada (TRP -1.8%) and Magellan Midstream Partners (MMP -1.7%).
