I find it amazing that he was the boss of Apple and the presenter of new products up til a few weeks of his death. I hope the stock price didn't add stress to his final days. Certainly one of the very few that we all can use as a role model for success.

Inappropriate. Edison stole most of his ideas, and was widely known as a fraudster. Although they refuse to teach this in American Schools, it is nonetheless a fact.. He is not worthy of being compared to Mr. Jobs in any way. Steve Jobs was an innovator, not a common thief, as was Edison.

Steve Jobs was a true visionary... the likes of Henry Ford.
Just as Ford perfected the automobile almost a century ago...
Steve perfected the computer. Both men used vision, simplicity,
aesthetics, common sense and practicality to universally popularize
technological breakthroughs.

Rest in Peace Steve Jobs. As a young investor it is great to know that I was fortunate to live in a time with a great inventor, entrepreneur and innovator. His influence on Apple and Disney stock will continue through my lifetime. Thanks for your hard work and brilliant mind.
