Vote to remove all "my way or no way Republicans". I've voted Republican for 40yrs and I can not believe the arrogance of these idiot Republicans that refuse to sit down and talk and make compromises. Even Ronnie the iconic conservative Republican would make compromises. These idiots do not deserve their poistions and need to be removed in order for this country to develpe a debt reduction plan and move on.

Bear, I always say not to my kids when they want to have a party at the house while I'm out of town or drive my Porshe and borrow $300 bucks for their night out with friends. They always tell me they are responsible, they will pay me back as soon as they get a job and I'm just mean. Does that make me "arrogant and non-compromising"?

I vote to remove those who vote to run up the debt by spending more than 4 trillion dollars in only two years and that includes the 800 billion for shovel ready jobs that produced 9% jobs (save the 'saved jobs' BS). And then there is $3.00 a gallon gas (any day those solar panel and windmills are going to go online with those billions and billions spent on it) and the continuing/coming effects of obamacare and lets not forget the 'Durban tax' as well. I vote to remove those who imposed high regulations on businesses. But hey, the private sector is doing just fine (although that is true in red states vs blue states) in the gov't sector that needs a bailout. What do you say? You want to vote to remove them as well? No? Now, make me laugh with your strawmen and excuses for the above. LMAO.

Geeze 1/2 the package in cuts (meaning slower growth, but not absolute cuts).

Me and my children could come up with a better plan to reduce spending than that. Make it easy. Reduce spending by 10% in all areas - across the board. Cut it this year and every year there after until balanced budget. No salaries for congress until balanced budget accomplished.

Wow....that took all of ..... 2 minutes.

At least 1/2 of congress has the beginnings of a plan. "Just stop everything we are currently doing". When a ship is headed for the rocks, the last thing the captain yells is: "All ahead stop, brace for impact". Later, the salvage crews recover the worthwhile, remaining parts of the ship.

Well, if included all spending in the budget, it would've been easier to cut it. How you can cut something that is not in the budget but ios a real expense - wars, continuous bailouts for GSEs and such,.
I imagine there are some real saving from the ending Iraq war but it is off balance sheet.
First, bring all govenment spending on balance sheet. Only then we can discuss the cuts in a meangful way. Otherwise, it is too easy to hide something you don't want to cut.
