    YouTube (GOOG) is going after cable and satellite TV, announcing plans to launch dozens of live channels with the help of numerous professional content partners. YouTube has seen incredible growth (I, II) on the back of consumer uploads, but its track record as a hub for professional content, which often carries higher ad rates, is mixed.
