    A government official in Thailand says factories will be running again in three months after widespread flooding crippled manufacturing and created shockwaves through supply chains in a number of different industries (I, II, III). Thailand plans to spend 900B baht ($30B) on reconstruction and flood prevention to help support industry in the region.
