    Greek PM Papandreou calls for a popular referendum on whether the country will accept the latest EU rescue deal. "We trust citizens, we believe in their judgment," he tells members of his PASOK party. The FT's Chris Adams notes a poll shows 60% are against last week's plan.

    This low volume sell off of DB indicates that many of the smart money guys are treating this as just another "bump in the road" to Greek approval of the plan so they're holding.
