    Electric car components maker UQM Technologies (UQM +9%) ramps higher after Needham ups the shares to Buy from Hold. The firm cites an increase in production of electric motors for Coda Automotive and growth initiatives at Audi and Electric Vehicles International.

    I owned this stock for 18 years..out three years ago.....it has never made any money...they got a DOE loan too...for 45 million...every quarter... its always the next quarter...but they give themselves bonus after stock bonus after cash bonus for managing such a great company..one that has never had a profitable quarter...LOL...
