EveryWare Global (NASDAQ:EVRY) sells tabletop and food preparation products for the consumer and foodservice markets. EVRY became publicly traded in May 2013 after completing a business combination with ROI Acquisition (a special purpose acquisition company).

The operating segments consist of the following:

    The consumer segment sells a wide range of tabletop, food preparation and pantry products (under the Oneida and Anchor Hocking brands) to mass merchants, specialty/department stores, supermarkets and warehouse clubs. The foodservice segment sells flatware, dinnerware, barware, hollowware and banquetware to distributors, hotels, chain restaurants, cruise lines, airlines, schools and healthcare facilities.
