    2 guys are buying the same product from the same seller. One guy says, give me your cheapest product because I have to sell my other stuff at a cheaper price now.

    The other guy says, sell me whatever you have, every month at whatever price you want, I will worry about dumping the stuff much later and even cheaper.

    The seller says to the first guy that the other guy has deeper pockets and wants everything at the price listed and does not care if he sells what he has bought already.

    The first guy says, hey that will force me to dump what i have for even less, or maybe even less than I paid! I can go broke!

    The seller says, sorry, but i gotta move this stuff and I am selling it to the other guy.

    The other guy says thanks...see ya next month.

    All this is true but if ARR drops under $6 I'm buying some.

    ARR still leveraged at about 10x. That is what scared me to sell 90% of my position. With that being said, they are holding up much better than most mreits. Maybe I will buy back in to ARR NLY AGNC, I still have small positions with these 3 right now, but am tempted to jump back in with 1 foot after announcements later this month.
