    This one is simple. Mitt Romney said that if elected, he'd fire Ben Bernanke.

    So what did Ben Bernanke do? He did his very best so that Barrack Obama gets elected instead.

    He put the printers on full speed, helping the stock market rally and thus increasing Barrack Obama's chances of winning the election.

    That's true except most of the electorate does not own stocks but they do own cars. $4 gas will upset Joe Six Pack. Further mortgage rates may actually start to rise due to inflation expectations. Inflation will start getting priced into the bond market which might actually break the bond bubble. It will be all fun and games until Joe asks for a raise then the fed will reverse course and Joe will lose his job.
