    Here at GreenWorld, we just love Jim Rogers. Jim has long been a major advocate of farmland investing - you can review a couple of our posts on Rogers and farmland from our farmland investing blog here and here.

    Jim Rogers' ideas on agriculture investments were recently profiled in an article on Money Morning. Jim believes the farmland investing story is only in the "third inning", and he believes it still has a long way to run. We happen to believe that the best values in farmland are actually outside England, the US or Europe; emerging markets offer the highest upside because of the low starting price of land there. For example, African farmland has seen a huge amount of interest from institutional investors, and opportunities are starting to open up for individuals.

    Farmland - they are not making any more of it!
