JA Solar (NASDAQ:JASO) was downgraded today by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Hold” rating to an “Underperform” rating. They have a price target of $2.00 on the company, down from $4.00.

$2.00/share seems like a low price, but in this market environment I wouldn't doubt if see $1.50 by yearend. The uncertainty in the solar industry is at the point where many investors are likely wondering which solars will be around next year. I'm certain JASO will make it through the storm but I am not going to even consider predicting where the price will go.
