Creating A Limit

|Includes:CSCO, FSII, Lululemon Athletica Inc. (LULU)

I have decided to keep a limit to the number of stocks that I recommend at any time. I will keep that limit at 10 for the time being. It just seems to me that purchasing more individual stocks than this might as well be like purchasing a mutual fund. Even 10 is a bit on the high side as I think that 5 is a more appropriate number. That being said, I will leave the limit at 10 and try to keep at least 2 short ideas in that index at all times. I know that some would like to have a few short ideas in there.

While I will write about other stocks from time to time, I will not recommend them if I do not think that a play should be made on them or if the limit has already been reached.

From time to time, I will rotate stocks in and out of my recommended list as they either hit the targets for selling (or covering) or when I have to swallow that I have made a terrible recommendation and change course on it (hasn't happened yet!). Therefore, it is incredibly important to keep up with the stocks that I recommend in order to benefit the most from these articles.

Remember, the 7 stocks that I have personally recommended for purchasing or shorting are currently beating the market by 3.2% (compared to the S&P since my first recommened stock on Nov.21, 2011). These have been solid picks that have continued to perform, so keep your eyes open for more.
