I would not be surprised because I have already sent the information on AMPE to Business Development people I know there personally and whom I have done business with for 10 years. AMPE would bea steal at $13 per share. By the time a formal offer comes to the table, I believe the stock will be trading higher than $13 and the buyout price will be at much higher prices. I also don't think this is going to be a long wait. Certainly not years and most likely the heat will be turned up this year. I think very soon!
If you look at current position I would say Q4 this year is when this has the best chance to happen. There is absolutely nothing else scheduled after Ampion/Optina clinical results. Zertane is a blip on the radar and I think at $6-$6.50 it will be priced in. This now appears to me to be an all or nothing proposition. If you just look at the schedule in Q4 it is setting up for a buyout. The move over to the NYSE makes me think someone is acquiring shares or it would be easier for acquisition purposes. They are not even close to being set up structurally for long term management of the company. Just trying to follow the evidence in front of me. Cheers
