  • Roger Attleson Under Investigation By Washington Bank Activities Reform Commission 0 comments
    Mar 8, 2013 3:18 PM | about stocks: MORT

Roger Attleson, according to Gabor S. Acs, the world's first trillionaire, declared so by the Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County, "is incompetent and owes more than $3 million in damages for his negligence in handling the purchase offers in more than $16 Million in botched sales, which would have occured three years ago if not for the collusion of the former Mayor Wayne Hovde, also a Realtor registered in Grant County, Les Parr Real Estate and Jack Patrick Real Estate of Eprhrata, Washington.

A Complaint filed with the Grant County Board of Realtors, the Washington State Association of Realtors and United States Federal District Court alleges that Attleson, Hovde, Patrick and Slough, four realtors in Grant County Washington failed to conduct sufficient due diligence in more than $16 million worth of real estate purchase and sale agreements in 2009, causing the Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County to lose more than $100 million in foreign donations, and more than $3 million in local donations.

The four Realtors are under investigation by the Washington State Bank Activities Reform Commission for their roles in the false runnup of property values in Grant County between the years 2000 and 2013, according to the lawsuit filed in Federal District Court in Spokane, Washington.

"Frederich Slough of Les Parr Real Estate, Roger Attleson of Pillar Rock Realty, Jack Patrick of Jack Patrick Real Estate, and Wayne Hovde, former mayor of Soap Lake, "have engaged in a defamatory campaign of misleading information, failed to qualify certain buyers who engaged in obtaining fraudelent mortgages to buy highly overinflated property in Grant County, and have cost the Infinite Freedom Foundation more than $103 million in lost business over the past three years," according to the lawsuit filed by the new Board of Directors of the Infinite Freedom Foundations.

"There appear to be certain conflicts of interest between local government, the Grant County PUD, and Realtors in relation to local real estate development, and the buying and selling of titles and mortgages on real property", according to a spokesperson of WABARC who did not wish to be named for this article.

A copy of the complaint, which includes a research report into certain water rights issues in Soap Lake, Washington, has been filed with the Washington State Auditors Anti-Fraud Unit.
