Forecast & Opinion from my Study / Analytics:
Hewlett-Packard Company and other Computer Hardware Companies are tracking well. Although (HPQ) is in a strong (recovery) Rally and even with the recent mini pull-backs, it is always an excellent contributor to my Analytics. I suggest it is beginning to tell a Bearish Story. . .
My Forecast is not as bright as you may think! (I will be more specific upon request).
If you own or are considering owning Computer Hardware Companies, the securities are definitely a mixed bag. Hewlett-Packard Company is currently strong Technically but I have reservations about my Fundamental Valuation, therefore I have placed it on an Initial Bearish Forecast - "Warning."
My Opinion is Strong Caution and to HOLD in anticipation of taking profits.
Fundamentally, my Valuations remains Un-impressive and are "Flat" producing future negative and declining projections.
Technically, my Indicators are clearly breaking down. The pull-back since early 2011 at about $46, currently it is selling for $22 (less than half !) after a huge weekly sell-off. This is offering strong support for my Bearish "Warning." A re-bound rally was in the making and will eventually occur - - the strength of which will be very important as to when I will advise Clients to "Take Profits - and - move to Holding-Cash."
I will personally and promptly reply to any serious investor's inquiry as to my very cautious position for (HPQ) !
