Disney (Walt) Company (DIS) -- Semi-Monthly Update
Disney looks strong fundamentally but is beginning to look just a bit Toppy technically speaking. Mild Caution is warranted. I just completed my weekly study of all my High Profile Cyclical - Conglomerates / Entertainment. This is a study that is one more that enjoy because I have spent so much time and experience in the study of Companies like (DIS). Visiting with this friend is fun.

Although (DIS) has been in a strong Up-Trend for well over a couple of years it is always an excellent contributor to my Analytics. My Forecasts were both Accurate and very Profitable over the past several years.

Ascending - BUT - Remember - Greed is ALWAYS Costly.My Current Forecast way back in late 2011 was very positive and it has paid off very well! (I will be more specific upon request).
If you own or are considering owning Cyclical - Conglomerate / Entertainment Companies, the securities are definitely on the strong side and remain Favorable. Disney (Walt) Company is currently strong both Fundamentally and Technically. I have reservations about the coming direction of the General Market, therefore I have placed it on an Initial Bearish Forecast - "Warning." (I can help if you want).
My Current Opinion is to HOLD in anticipation of taking profits.
Fundamentally (weighting - - 40%): My Analytics from my Fundamental Valuation play a vital role in profitable managing money. At this time my Valuations of (DIS) are positive but not euphoric. Plainly stated they are Improving and look quite positive and they are positive for the foreseeable future.
Technically (weighting - - 35%): Even with this fine Company, my Indicators are notably breaking down. It is currently selling near its highs of $76. The future direction of (DIS) must be monitored with care.
Consensus Opinion - ( weighting - - 25% ): My third pillar of Research is one that is ALWAYS distorted to the Positive by most all financial analysts. I believe that is because they are afraid of being Bearish. I Am NOT! My articles on "Reality" are supportive of this - have a look.
I will personally and promptly reply to any serious investor's inquiry as to my very cautious position for (DIS) !
