  • Hello Thomas, I have a couple questions regarding this EPS syndrome that you mentioned. What exactly is it? Is it ongoing or can it be lifted at some point, and what would it take for it to be lifted? thanks.

  • The EPS Syndrome is a red flag and is not always bearish.
When a company is diagnosed with the EPS Syndrome, their ranking at Stockdiagnostics is suspended.
Some of the biggest losers in the market have been diagnosed with the EPS Syndrome.

Yes, a company with a suspended ranking (EPS Syndrome) can be lifted. Sometimes those stocks perform outstanding after the suspension.

this link at my web site will explain the EPS Syndrome.

here are a couple posts from my website showing poor perfomance of companies with the EPS SYNDROME.

NCI, Inc (NASDAQ:NCIT) closed today @ $5.01. Stockdiagnostics suspended the ranking on NCIT May 9,2011 after the company reported 1st quarter financials for the period ending March 31,2011. NCIT was diagnosed with the EPS SYNDROME, which is a red flag and warns extreme caution should be exercised before owning such shares.
Since the EPS SYNDROME was detected @ $22.15, shares have fallen over $17, or down 77% in 1 year.
