    May 19, 2014 8:02 PM | about stocks: BAC

Every two-bit bureaucrat with a microphone thrust in front of his face is going after banks.Seemingly on a weekly basis a fine is being paid in the millions of dollars. At first it rolled down as a trickle, now as a torrent. What no one seems to ask is Where the " Fine " money is ending up ? In 2008 Congress and everyone else wanted taxpayers to bail out financial institutions around the countryside to save the world. The theme was the world would end as we knew it if 800 billion taxpayer dollars did not materialize very quickly. So when hearing the amount of fine money being trumpeted in news headlines a thought persists in my mind. Why are the taxpayers not getting a slice of the monetary largesse? It is bad enough that bank stocks groan every time a fine is announced.Bank Of America - BAC - especially sees red when a fine is announced along with dozens of others.Do not forget the employees that are let go to help the banks pay their fine.At some point something has to give.Either send me a stimulus check or curtail this destructive path these Un-elected agitators have set themselves upon. Also stop pulling the lever that makes my bank stocks go down.If not for me then do it for America.

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, but may initiate a long position in BAC over the next 72 hours.

I agree that it hurts a lot of innocent bystanders, but I have to respectfully disagree on some points. My thoughts here: http://seekingalpha.co...
