Uranium ETF Breaking Out To Upside

The Uranium stock ETF looks to have broken out over the last few weeks. Volume looks good and the 50dma is turning north. It appears that the stocks may be discounting a restart of Japanese reactors which is a catalyst that I am expecting to move uranium prices higher this year. I am very long uranium stocks.
