4 Lessons GM Can Learn From NVR's Chapter 11 Experience 0 comments
Several days ago, I wrote about what I thought General Motors (GM) could learn from NVR (NVR) about going Chapter 11. The focus of that discussion was how the company successfully communicated their message to their various stakeholders, and the key components that GM should emulate to make their own announcement successfully. But GM can learn much more than that from the NVR Chapter 11. They can learn about how to go into it, how to survive it, and how to come out of it in a way that will reward all the players, from investors to employees, customers, suppliers and the communities in which the company does business.
