Vision-Sciences, Inc. (VSCI), a leading provider of unique flexible endoscopic products utilizing its proprietary sterile disposable EndoSheath® technology, today announced that the Company will release its financial results for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, before the market opens on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, and host a conference call that same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to discuss the results.
