  • Performance of Slumdog Portfolio Week of April 20, 2009 0 comments

    This week rattled the Slumdog Portfolio and we lost a few slumdogs along the way! The battle between the bulls and bears this week was intense at times making the bulls question whether the rally has legs to continue on. Fortunately for us the bulls prevailed (the charts held up!)and the Slumdog Portfolio ended the week with a good gain and we look set to solidify and add to these gains in the coming week!

    The equities in boldface denote those that we added at the beginning of the week as per my recommendations from the commentary at the end of past week.

    For the coming week here is the recommended Slumdog Portfolio. New additions are noted in boldface. The price used to acquire the new additions is the closing price on April 24, 2009. Also, a new column named Super Select has been added and certain slumdogs carry this special notation. What "Super Select" means is that these slumdogs are Buys not only on daily charts but also on weekly charts!
