What? Citadel cancels planned 120 million share sale because they had the interestes of shareholders in mind? This is BS at its best! Since when did these greedy mofus ever have anyone else's interest in their heart other their own???

They did so because they know something! What is it -- an acquisition by Schwab or AmeriTrade for a price higher than what ETFC is trading at today? If you can't put the pieces here together you should not be investing! :-)

Hold on, longs! If Citigroup can go from a buck and change to over 5 dollars in 30 days ETFC may have the momentum to do the same ride. Better yet. one of its competitors buys it out for a handsome premium.

citadel never was going to sell shares that was a scam to keep the price low for book value on the exchange date of the notes

they even sold 13 million shares days before lucky number 13 lol

ETFC management and Board of Directors screwed up one after another. Management must be kick out without a single bonus.
Citadel is good partner, business people and devil in disguise. ETFC management laid a red carpet for them.
ETFC should be bought by Citadel, merge with others.
ETFC has a great value and excellent employees with solid platform. Stock should be at least $5 or $10 by now.
