  • Slumdog Millionaire Portfolio Performance Week of May 11, 2009 0 comments

    Well, it was time for the Slumdog Millionaire portfolio to have a negative week. After a spectacular 12% gain last week the portfolio had a loss this week amounting to 4.81%. We lost a few slumdogs this week due to our stop losses. Remember, our goal is to reach the end point with a few of the Slumdogs hitting their previous 52 week highs. We know all Slumdogs will not make it. Here is what the portfolio looked like at end of the week of May 11, 2009.

    Amongst the additions we have two Gold stocks - NG and EGO with high potential. These gold stocks should provide the portfolio some safety from a market calamity as well as if serious inflation arises in the future.
