You can fear fear, you cannot fear fear. But what is most important is to understand that one cannot act "without fear."
Those who would counsel "not to fear" are simply talking about something they don't understand. (Or are advocating something beyond belief risky.)
You will "fear"...you...and I...have no choice in this matter.
When someone says "do not fear" therefore you must explore what exactly fear is first...then try to understand the "it" of the fear...since you...and I...have no choice when it comes to being fearful.
