    In the U.S., the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires institutional investment managers who exercise investment discretion over $100 million or more in Section 13(f) securities to report their holdings on Form 13F with the SEC. Because of this required filing we can analyze the holdings of Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett's holding company) or any other large institution.
