The IRA account is 100% long 3 inverse ETFs and the adviser account is fully-margined holding 24 short positions and 1 medical stock long. 60%+ of the capital is invested in four shorts. The rest of the capital is divided among the other 20 shorts and 1 long. A reminder, at Big Wave Trading, we always cut losses immediately when we are wrong. The usual drawdown in an incorrect trade is anywhere from 3-8%. We do not hold on to losers. We cut our losses immediately.
