Sibling Group Holdings' business strategy is to develop and provide educational tools for eventual application to the 21st century job marketplace. The company is developing a two-pronged approach to enhance the operations of privately owned and operated schools, publicly funded schools, and corporate education and training programs in response to the shifting landscape of the education arena.

The structure of Sibling's approach centers on a global trend in the education market in which educational content is shifted from labor intensive school environments toward modernized blended learning - the aim is to reduce educational costs while increasing performance and value.

Sibling is currently developing two operating subsidiaries: the Teaching Alliance, an education management organization created to provide a range of services that include curriculum consulting, and management and teacher training for new educational approaches; and Education Innovation, an educational technology group that will implement computer-based education, learning management services, and testing and assessment solutions.

As an acquisition-driven holding company, Sibling is pursing revenue generating entities with measurable education results that are scalable from small audiences into larger formats and size of operations, and those that can be replicated across various geographies and markets.

The company's current acquisition pipeline includes a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education group that operates outside the public school system with camps offered primarily during the summer.

Initially focusing on the K-12 educational market, Sibling is expanding its original plans to include pre-K education as more emphasis is put on education at an early age. On the other end of the spectrum, the company says that future acquisitions could also include a four-year online college.

"We see an advantage in coupling traditional 'brick and mortar' schools with our potential online education offerings. This is especially clear should we be able to develop a 'teach the teacher' program at the higher education level aimed specifically at the 21st century teaching technologies of today and tomorrow, with graduates able to immediately assist in the schools with these newer approaches," Neal Sessions, CEO of Sibling, stated in a recent press release.
