    May 29, 2013 2:10 PM | about stocks: RRHI

Raptor Resources Holdings is a publicly traded holdings company focused on mineral resource acquisition, exploration, and development. The company currently has two subsidiaries: Mabwe Minerals Inc. (OTCPK:MBMI), a natural resources and hard asset company engaged in the mining and commercial sales of industrial minerals & metals with first focus on barite; and TAG Minerals Inc., a mineral & metal resource acquisition, exploration, and development company with first focus on alluvial surface gold.

Mabwe Minerals has been the focus of the parent company's efforts the last two years to move into commercial barite production. RRHI shareholders share a common interest with MBMI shareholders in the success of Dodge Mine as the parent company owns 90M shares of MBMI. The Dodge Mine property consists of three hydrothermal mountains representing 123 hectares containing multiple deposits of superior-grade barite, limestone, and talc.

TAG Minerals, along with its indigenous affiliate, TAG Minerals Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, is responsible for alluvial gold production along with the development of greenfield assets targeting bedrock gold and other potential metals & minerals. As MBMI is transitioning into commercial barite production, RRHI will now focus on building assets within TAG Minerals with the intent of moving into commercial production within the next 18 months. TAG Minerals will utilize the latest in Heavy Particle Concentrators (HPC-30/HPC-100) through its relationship with Extrac-TEC whose gold recovery and mineral separation technology captures up to 98% of alluvial gold down to 50 microns. The company is in early stage exploration evaluating potential alluvial sites to ensure they meet the company's criteria for commercial production. Coupled with MBMI's acquisition of WGB Kinsey & Company, TAG Minerals is well positioned to fast track into commercial production once the company has successfully completed its exploratory testing.

RRHI management continues to improve its balance sheet as reflected in the company's SEC 10k filing, including favorable reductions in the company's debt/liabilities and securing 54.4M shares and 14.4M warrants of RRHI from prior employees. The company is committed to growing its asset base in TAG Minerals moving forward.
