Payom Solar AG is a Germany-based supplier of in-roof and on-roof solar-energy, as well as systems ground-mounted systems. The Company plans and constructs photovoltaic facilities for private or institutional investors and divests them as a turnkey system. Its business activities include the installation of photovoltaic facilities; acquisition as well as trade of modules and components; acquisition of profitable photovoltaic sites; engineering and turnkey realization; as well as project sale to individual investors and investment companies. Payom Solar AG plans technical construction of facilities and commissions third parties with their installation. . The Company is also operational through its wholly owned subsidiaries Solare AG and Solare Capital GmbH. It has 70% interest stake in Solare Bulgaria Group.
