It also owns But!, a football journal. Sporever operates through four wholly owned subsidiaries, including Onlysport France SAS, Panoramic SAS, Panoramic Communication, Jeux365 SASU, Bouyaka SAS and Sporever International Ltd. In the year 2010, the Company acquired a company Bouyaka, and sold it to its own subsidiary Onlysport France and launched another Website, paris365.fr.
