The first and only advanced business school class I ever attended I was advised afterwards to never ask a question in class by one of the regular attendants of that class.

I couldn't help it, in a way I talked my way into the class to begin with. I attended schools where 50 kids to an entire graduating class meant class participation.

The lesson to have learned though was to earnestly listen to the professor. Read the words within, go with the lesson and stay in that space with your thoughts to learn and move on to the next area of matter. It's the sum of the parts that equal the equation. It was a lesson more worthy to first respect the principal of the class.

Lawsuits and stocks are fast to the market action of action and reaction. A dynamic I have never seen before now, touching down on the Rambus case. With IPOs the bandwagon rules the day. With lawsuits there is a staggered degree of steps that dwarf the common measure of volatility.

It simply is not a position to hold the underlying stock and only its derivative thereof.

At that, it is as if there are vacuum cleaners programmed to seek volatile underlying positions to find every piece of action there is to pick up before moving on.

Somewhere, there is another dimension to price change regardless of implied volatility.

But firstly the most vital component regarding lawsuits is the loss of ability to own the stock as a common holder.

One of my favorite return flights from Florida once was just before departing the gate when on walked the last two passengers. I had never seen such an intently beautiful woman clad in the likes of an Elvis leather rocker, with rhinestones and yet cut to the t just the way Elvis would wear leather.

The stewardess at first was a bit haste or that the plane was running short on time before departure, but the entire cabin began to take pause and the only woman I have ever seen dressed like Elvis made her way back to the only two remaining seats. Once settled I offered my window seat to her son in a way to make him assured that although a stranger I could understand if he was not at ease. He respectfully declined. The stewardess simply announced that it would be 2 ½ hour flight to Nashville and with that Elvis shrieked out that it didn’t take that long to get here after which I cringe inside as my deep feeling of insatiable laughter began to take hold. I can’t always hold it together with in and this was rough for the first moment or two, before easing back to enjoy any other provocation of thought that might be made of.

Everything was fine, the DVD player worked to entertain and occupy the young boy as Elv began to page through what appeared to be an up to the minute magazine relating to the relations of  country music stars any side of Nashville. Every new born child, marriage separation, tour and song was covered in near alphabetical order page after page covering the entire ensemble of musicians.

I made this flight thinking it was the longer way home but even a short layover in Nashville was something worth the while, and already this was the Nashville experience I had never expected. Nashville is known for where music is the difference to the people that call it home and love its beauty.

Where or what are JUMBO RMBS?
Moody’s Downgrades $7.6bn of Jumbo RMBS

Rambus 301 -- The Yahoo Bulletin Board

A comment I found by someone concerned:

    >>This morning the rating agent Moody downgraded RMBS (Residential Mortgage Backed Securities)/many jumbo loans, it is nothing to do with the semi conductor company Rambus.

Are there stupid people selling Rambus shares based on this downgrade?<<

At last I began to wonder in first learning of the Rambus case how it meant to some an opportunity that the case seems sure to those who beleive an injustice was made. That the case has traits that bely the fair rule of patents and the intent of the law. However, it is the concern or question of fact of how perhaps instead we relate to the computer age as a means of communication or a process of decision that alters the view of fair play when seen through the candor of a monitor. For that the question of error in judgement is easily faulted when held to the constraints of electronic devices to act out or perform the means of common communication.
