  • In a liquidity trap, how crazy would it be to raise the Fed Funds Rate? 0 comments

    Assuming that we are in a liquidity trap, and that in a liquidity trap creating more liquidity by lowering the Fed Funds Rate does not help any, how crazy would it be to incrementally start raising the Fed Funds Rate? What would happen?
