  • CF fires back at TRA with 7% Purchase 0 comments

    Looks like Terra Industries is going to be paying CF Industires a big fat dividend unless they approve the merger based on the news out this morning. This ought to wake up TRA management. Thats 7% more shareholders in favor of the deal. Forget the $7.5 special dividend and debt swap. The market clearly didn't like it. Accept the CF deal as both stocks are up on the news.

    The market has spoken! The excuses need to end. TRA shareholder make more money accepting the deal.
