GLS Surging Up to 200EMA

|Includes:Genesis Lease Ltd. (GLS)

Genesis Lease has been a favorite of ours for a while now. This airplane leasing company is able to take adavantage of surging emerging market demand for airplance travel. All of the BRIC countries have massive lands with underdeveloped transportation systems. They also lack the cash for airplances and can use leasing companies like GLS to obtain planes with much less capital upfront. Also, GLS has a much more modern, fuel efficient fleet then most commercial airlines in the Western World so they can lease them better planes as well. Today its breaking out to the 200EMA. It still yields 9% with no signs that cuts will take place. In fact, new in the industry suggests that planes are becoming easier to lease after a global crunch at the end of last year. The fact that BA and AB have had so much trouble getting their new planes working should help keep their fleets attractive.
