Bots are a new trend in technology today and they are creating a sea-change in the way information is being shared and transacted among corporations large and small today.

Apple, Google, Slack, Snapchat, Facebook, Kik, WeChat and others are competing to control the bot space on their messaging platforms. Twitter has yet to participate in this space but if they do, it will only add value to their shareholders at this point.

Bots are software robots that execute tasks for users such as helping them to purchase a product or service. Some engage in conversation with users.

One such bot on the Slack messenging platform will take a link, URL or an article that you give it and then suggest related stocks.

Bots are the new apps!

I've discovered many hidden gems this way and you can too by installing QuantBot. QuantBot provides something that no other app or website does because it's a bot. Bots are the new apps and the messaging platforms plan on striking it rich. Meanwhile, we can use bots to strike it rich in the Markets as they offer new ways, ideas and opportunities for trading and investment.
