    The Clean Energy Act passing the House and headed to the senate is sure to give geothermal stocks a lift come next week.  There are only a few true pure play geothermal and NGLPF.ob is about as close to 100% pure play geothermal power producer you can find.  Ormat is much safer and much bigger but is exposed to construction of geothermal in addition to running geotherm power plants.  Other geotherm plays are years away but also offer great potential down the road given the government push for geothermal renewable power. 

    Senate is going to be an all out wide world of wrestling on getting this bill through but Obama is not going to go down for a failure without a fight.  My gut says somehow , someway, Obama gets is passed with alot of pork and compromise thrown in to get it moving through the Senate.
